We’re a provider of choice for leading national and multinational clients operating in the mining, construction, oil, and gas industries, supplying qualified trade labour, specialist maintenance solutions, and new mining equipment.

WA Field Mining Services is currently seeking expressions of interest for Fixed Plant Electricians to join our Projects team across the Pilbara. These FIFO roles will vary in roster and location pending project needs, and suit someone with 2 years post trade experience.

Construction/Project experience in fixed plant heavy industry installing one or all of the following:

• Underground conduits and pits


• Switchboards and cable systems


• Cable pull and winching


• Terminations and commissioning


• Transformers


• Switch-rooms


• Variable speed drives


• Motor Control Centres


• Communications Systems

Minimum Requirements:

• Cert III - Electrotechnology (or equivalent recognized trade)


• WA A Grade Electrical Licence


• Construction White Card


• Valid Drivers Licence


• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical


• Previous experience in the mine site industry (1+ years)


• Exposure to permit to work system, JHAs/SWMS's
