Apprenticeship Support Australia are welcoming expressions of interest across Victoria for various roles in field, business development, customer service and administrative support functions.

The Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) is the largest, most influential, go-to partner for all businesses in Victoria. Apprenticeship Support Australia was formed in 2014 to deliver the Australian Governments “Australian Apprenticeship Support Network” under a contract from the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations.

Apprenticeship Support Australia combines the collective experience of the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Victoria, Business NSW in New South Wales, the CCI WA in Western Australia to provide skills development advice and solutions to businesses and job-seekers across Australia.

About you

To be successful, and depending on the role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, business development and/or account management.
  • Strong, well-developed interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience in client service.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to set goals, organise workload, prioritise and meet deadlines and see tasks through to conclusions.
  • Excellent computer literacy and keyboard skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of apprenticeships and traineeships is preferred.
  • Proficient skills in MS Office, and the ability to use external computer-based databases.
  • Competence in interpreting Government regulatory frameworks and guidelines.
