About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Event Setup Labourer to join our team on a casual basis. You’ll play a vital role in setting up and assisting with the smooth running of our exciting events, ensuring everything is in place for race days, functions, and more.

You’ll work alongside our dedicated events team to help with the physical setup and breakdown of event spaces, contributing to the creation of world-class experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the physical setup and breakdown of event spaces, including seating, signage, and other event materials.
• Perform lifting and moving of event equipment and materials.
• Ensure all areas are set up to the highest standards, with a focus on safety and quality.
• Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure events run smoothly.
• Maintain a professional attitude while interacting with the team and our patrons.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.

• A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks.
• Flexibility with working hours, including availability on weekends and evenings.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and take direction when needed.
• Previous experience in event setup or manual labour is a plus, but not essential.
• A strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
