Estimator - HVAC

About the Role
As a HVAC Service Estimator reporting to the Senior Estimator you will:

• Prepare HVAC maintenance proposals and contract renewals
• Support commercial tenders and pricing submissions
• Liaise with service teams, managers and subcontractors
• Review scopes, pricing schedules and project documents
• Coordinate deadlines and submission requirements

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Commercial HVAC or mechanical experience 
• Experience in estimating, pricing or tender administration
• Strong computer literacy and attention to detail
• Analyse pricing data and commercial documentation
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
• Prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Located North of the River | Australian Citizen or PR
