The Role: What You’ll Do

• Service, maintain, and repair electrical systems within complex plant equipment.

• Partner with production teams to maximise facility uptime and efficiency.

• Quickly respond to breakdowns and minimise equipment downtime.

• Carry out preventative, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities, ensuring that all work is accurately documented in SAP.

• Work on our 24/7 rotating shift roster; competitive salary with overtime and relevant shift allowances.

About You: What We’re Looking For

You’ll be hands-on and bring:

• A Grade Electrical Licence (must be eligible for a Tasmanian licence)

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

• Current CPR certificate (LVR certificate highly regarded)

• Instrumentation and PLC experience (desirable)

• Ability to work safely both independently and within a team, adhering to Company policies and procedures

• Collaborative spirit to drive results across the organization

• Willingness to learn and develop on the job

• Manufacturing or production plant experience (desirable)
