Electrician - Leading Hand

NOW HIRING: LEADING HAND ELECTRICIAN | FIFO | 8/6 ROSTER
We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand Electrician to join a gold mining operation on an 8/6 FIFO roster, with a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate.
The Role:

• Lead and coordinate electrical teams across site operations and maintenance.
• Oversee electrical installations, fault finding, repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality and compliance standards.
• Coordinate daily tasks, manage priorities and support project delivery.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and site management.

• Current WA Electrical Licence.
• Previous experience in a Leading Hand or supervisory electrical role.
• Gold mining or heavy industry experience highly regarded.
• Strong fault-finding, communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to meet site compliance, medical and drug and alcohol screening requirements.

• FIFO 8/6 roster.
• Temp-to-perm opportunity.
