Electrician (Full Time) - Bluescope Steel - Hastings, VIC

• FT opportunity with hours Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:30pm

Our Social Infrastructure and Citizen Services business currently holds the contract to provide Facilities and Maintenance services to the BlueScope Steel contract in Hastings, Victoria. The Facility Management team has an opportunity for an Electrician to join the broader team. You will be responsible for maintenance and programmed servicing schedules for the various assets belonging to this contract. The role will be working in an industrial environment where Good Manufacturing practices (GMP) and Safety is the forefront of the day-to-day job. The expectation from the electrician would be punctuality since the timeframe provided to conduct preventive & corrective maintenance is very short. 

ABOUT YOU

• Must have an A-Grade Electrical Licence
• Commercial/industrial background preferred
• Must have VIC Drivers licence
• EWP Licence beneficial, but not a requirement
• Current First Aid/CPR/LVR beneficial, but not a requirement as we offer training on site
• Able to work autonomously and be punctual
