ABOUT THE ROLE :  

We are looking for an Electricians (based in the Coining Division, East Perth) to assist with maintaining the safe and efficient operation of all plant, equipment and buildings on site, whilst adhering to the legislative and organisational OHS requirements.

ABOUT YOU 

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual who works well in a team environment, enjoys a challenge and wants to work in unique environment. 

We are looking for someone who has the following: 

  • Recognised Australian Trade Certificate as an Electrician and a Current Western Australian A-Grade Electrical Licence
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial, industrial and domestic electrical installation techniques,
  • Demonstrated experience performing RCD testing and electrical testing and tagging

Overview of the role :

  • Diagnose and repair breakdowns using advanced problem solving techniques and conduct repairs in a timely and cost effective manner.
  • Participate in the design and building of electrical control systems.
  • Participate in the installation of new electrical systems.
  • Participates in a program of continual process improvement.
  • Participate in development and execution of the site electrical preventative maintenance via the computerised maintenance management system.
  • Complete daily work records and inputs relevant data in the computerised maintenance management system.
  • Ensure own safety and health at work and avoid adversely affecting the safety or health of any other person through any act or omission at work.
