About the Role
We're looking for a licensed Maintenance Electrician to keep our highly automated FMCG production lines running safely and efficiently at our Bundamba site. You'll perform planned preventive and reactive maintenance alongside a skilled maintenance team in a fast-paced, safety-first environment.
Duties
- Execute planned preventive and corrective electrical maintenance across all plant equipment
- Troubleshoot PLCs, Allen Bradley systems, and automated control systems
- Conduct fault finding, root cause analysis, and attend to production breakdowns
- Reduce reactive maintenance and proactively improve plant uptime
- Collaborate with mechanical fitters on scheduled preventive maintenance works
Skills & Experience
- Current A-Grade electrical licence (or equivalent) — essential
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and industrial automation systems
- FMCG, food & beverage, or manufacturing maintenance background highly regarded
- Strong fault-finding, root cause analysis, and breakdown response skills
- Commitment to safety, HACCP compliance, and rotating shift flexibility — Australian citizen or PR
