UGL Utilities are looking for Electricians to join the Hunter Power Project team. We have day shift and night shift options available on a 10/4 roster.
The Hunter Power Project is the construction of a 660MW Power Station comprising of two heavy-duty open cycle gas turbines. Located in the in the Hunter Valley region of New South Wales, 35 km west of Newcastle.

About You:
· Demonstrated experience as an Electrician in similar environment
· Knowledge and experience in Power Station or Oil and Gas
· Experience with HV switching, HV Switch rooms & HV Switchyards highly regarded
· Proven commitment to promoting safety, quality, and environment compliance on site.
· Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
Key Requirements:
· NSW Electrical Licence
· Trade Qualification
· Construction White Card
· CPR/LV
· Driver’s licence
Desired:
· Work Safely at Heights
· High Risk Work Licence - WP (Work Platform)
· HV Switching Ticket
· Construction experience desirable
· Heavy industry experience
