Our client is an industry leading, air-conditioning and electrical company, servicing South-East Queensland. As a long-standing business, focused on quality workmanship and exceptional customer service, the team providing construction and service solutions to commercial clients. 

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Electrician to join their expanding team based on Brisbane’s South side.  

Opportunity

In this position, you will be responsible for the following: 

• New power and lighting installations, electrical fit outs, switchboard wiring, testing and commissioning
• Breakdown service, maintenance, fault diagnoses and repair of electrical and telecommunications systems commercial contracts, across both the Public and Private sectors
• Ensure high quality workmanship while maintaining company standards, relevant safety and compliance documentation
• Read and interpret technical drawings, forward planning and prioritising tasks
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels

The remuneration package is highly competitive including an hourly rate from $45 - $55, company vehicle, mobile phone, RDO's, overtime, company social outings and more!

The Candidate
 Suitable candidates to join this thriving business will have a positive, hardworking attitude along with the following skills and attributes:

• QLD Electrical Licence
• Current QLD Drivers licence
• Construction Industry Blue/White Card
• Current CPR/LVR Certification
• Strong working knowledge of AS3000 and Electrical Safe Work Practices
