Join Bundaberg Sugar’s Electrical Maintenance Team in a day-work position at Millaquin Mill.

What we offer

• $110,000–$125,000 annual earning potential, including applicable allowances and overtime, depending on classification and hours worked.
• Five weeks’ paid leave, with 25% loading on four weeks.
• Thirteen weeks’ long service leave after ten years, with proportional access after seven years.
• Weekly electrical licence and tool allowances, plus repair allowance where applicable.
• Rostered days off in accordance with applicable work arrangements.

The role

Reporting to the Electrical Supervisor, you will:

• Carry out planned maintenance, breakdown repairs and electrical installations.
• Diagnose faults in plant wiring, motor starters and variable speed drives.
• Complete electrical projects and plant improvements.
• Work safely alongside maintenance and production teams.

About you

• Current Queensland Electrical Licence endorsed as Electrical Fitter Mechanic, Electrical Mechanic or equivalent.
• Strong fault-finding skills and a practical approach to maintenance.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Sugar milling or heavy industrial experience highly regarded.
