Applicant must possess the following attributes:

• Performing trouble shooting, planned preventative electrical maintenance and corrective electrical maintenance on all plant and equipment across a highly automated site.

• Carrying out fault finding/programming on PLCs, and control systems.

• Reduce reactive maintenance and proactively improve unplanned downtime.

• Preventative and corrective maintenance.

• Fault finding activities and root cause analysis.

• Attendance to breakdowns.

• To be available for rotating shift work including weekends.

• Australian citizen or permanent resident.

Skills required

• Electrical license.

• Allen Bradley, PLC.

• Prior experience in a FMCG Fast Moving Consumer Goods (food and beverage) is highly regarded.

• Industrial experience in installations, fault finding, repairs and maintenance on manufacturing equipment.

• Have a positive attitude with a continues improvement mindset

• Mechanical engineering knowledge preferred.

• Ability to assist mechanical fitters during Preventative Maintenance works.
