Job Description
Drill Fitter | Jacobs Well QLD | $80/hr
🛠️ Opportunity: Service and maintain a specialised fleet of HDD drill rigs, excavators, vac trucks, heavy vehicles, and support equipment.
🎓 Experience: Trade qualified (Cert III in Mechanical Fitting, Diesel Fitting, or Mobile Plant Technology). Must have HR licence and hands-on experience with drill rigs and mobile plant. Skills in welding, hydraulics, solids control, and PLC systems highly regarded.
💰 Benefits: 60 hours/week on a consistent 5:2 roster, with optional 11:3 swing for extended field work.
📜 Extras: Work with advanced HDD equipment (Vermeer, Gallagher, American Auger), manage compliance documentation, and contribute to all aspects of drilling operations
