Digger Fitter

We're on the lookout for experienced Digger Specialists to join our Force Field Digger Maintenance Team on a 2 and 2 roster based in the Goldfields. 

Step into a hands-on role where you’ll tackle weekly shutdowns, planned maintenance and breakdowns. This is your chance to show off your skills and make an impact where you will be valued for your skills and experience and thrive on this equipment.

The Offer:

• Pay Rates: $80.00+ per hour full-time or $90.00+ casual and 12% Super on all hours
• FIFO: To WA from all major cities in Australia 
• DIDO: Local residents of Kalgoorlie
• 2:2 Rotating Roster: Perth based, Kalgoorlie or major cities
• 7:7 Rotating Roster: Perth or Kalgoorlie based
• Interstate Travel: Hotel and Flights provided
• 190 Hours Paid Annual Leave: At the full hourly rate
• Pay Cycle: Fortnightly 
• $5K Refer-a-Mate Bonus: For Trade roles only! 
• Extra Shift Incentive: For hours worked outside your 2:2 roster

• Quality Control: Ensure repairs meet company guidelines and cost targets.
• Collaborate: Work with Force customers to achieve company goals.

 What are you bringing to the table?

• Australian Working Rights: Must have full working rights in Australia without the need for visa sponsorship.
• Trade Certificate: Australian recognised qualification in Diesel Fitting or Mobile Plant
• Mine Site Exposure: 3 years minimum Experience with large heavy plant equipment
• Driver’s Licence: Current Australian licence (mandatory)
• Tickets: Working at Heights, EWP, Forklift (highly regarded) Dogging and Rigging (highly favourable)
