Pearl Recruitment is currently seeking skilled construction labourers for upcoming project work with our client, who delivers high-quality civil, commercial and architectural projects across WA.
This opportunity will be based on a project in Kewdale, with the possibility of candidates being required to meet at the client's Burswood yard prior to site to assist with loading or collecting materials/equipment. This project requires and immediate start and will be ongoing.

Monday to Friday | Approx. 8:00am - 4:00pm / 9:00am - 5:00pm
Immediate Start Pending Confirmation
$35 - $45/hr + super, pending experience
What will this role see you responsible for?
Working on a civil/commercial construction project, your duties will include:
- Assisting concrete workers, formworkers and leading hands on site
- General construction and concrete labouring duties
- Moving materials, tools and equipment around site
- Assisting with site preparation and clean-up
- Using basic hand and power tools where required
- Loading and unloading materials
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
- Following all site safety procedures and construction requirements
What do you require to be successful for this position?
- Previous construction or concrete labouring experience
- Construction White Card
- Reliable transport and current driver's licence
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well on site
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Full working rights
- Availability to commence at short notice
