Construction Labourer / Skilled Labourer

Pearl Recruitment are seeking experienced Construction Labourers to join our client who specialises in commercial construction, maintenance and landscape solution projects within the Perth Metro region. This is an excellent opportunity for career progression, skill development and stable hours. 

• Wangara office + Perth Metro locations (various sites)
• $40–$45/hr + super + penalties + daily $22.41 travel allowance
• On-going stable work with opportunity for progression
• Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm + regular overtime

 The Role:

• Brick paving
• General carpentry trade assistant works
• Building retaining walls (limestone & brick blockwork)
• Fencing installation
• General landscape construction
• Prepare, form and finish various concrete applications
• External and internal non-structural demolition (brickwork, sheds, concrete, etc.)

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience within construction (ideally commercial)
• Physically fit / able for manual labouring
• Class C Drivers License + reliable transport + ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
• Construction White Card
• National Police Clearance (within 12 months or willing to obtain)
• Ability to read and interpret plans & operate electrical tools (quick cuts, chain saw etc)
• Good attention to detail & reliability
• Desirable: Excavator/Skid steer ticket, MR or HR license, EWP/LF high risk work license.
