Job Description

Our client is a well-established Tier 2 electrical contractor with a strong presence in the commercial construction sector, delivering high-quality projects across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Due to a growing project pipeline, they are currently seeking qualified and experienced Commercial Construction Electricians to join their expanding team on the Gold Coast.

The Role: Commercial Construction Electrician

You’ll be part of a small, skilled team working on a new multi-residential tower located in the heart of the Gold Coast. This is a hands-on role where you'll contribute to all stages of the electrical fit-out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and terminate electrical wiring, conduit, panels, and fixtures

• Perform deck work, including conduit and box layout prior to concrete pours

• Troubleshoot, test, and inspect electrical systems and equipment

• Liaise with other trades, builders, and project managers to ensure smooth coordination

• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work site

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking trade-qualified electricians ready to take the next step in their careers. Ideal candidates will bring:

• A current QLD Electrical Licence

• A current QLD Driver’s Licence

• Strong understanding of AS3000 and safe electrical work practices

• Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and coordinate a team

• A commitment to high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
