The Power & HVAC Solutions Specialist  will work with our customers and Sales team to design and install temporary heating and cooling systems for commercial and industrial applications. This role would suit a trade qualified electrician or air conditioning technician/refrigeration mechanic with supervision and/or account management experience.

You will support our sales team with specialist knowledge of HVAC products and systems. As part of the Power & HVAC team you will have opportunity to develop your sales expertise, expand your technical knowledge and gain experience in temporary power generation, distribution, and compressed air systems. You will have access to multi discipline inhouse engineering and be supported by Australia’s largest rental company.

This role represents a great opportunity for a savvy technician to build on their technical ability and further develop softer skills in sales, training, project & personnel management.

A typical day will include:

This role will give you the opportunity to use our modular deployable mechanical equipment to solve heating and cooling problems. If you’ve worked on air cooled packaged units, chillers, cooling towers & central plant air conditioning systems you will have the core skill set that we are looking for, the rest is about attitude.

If you’ve already worked in the rental industry, have the technical skill and can bring energy and a can-do attitude to the role, we’d love to hear from you. If you haven’t worked in rental before but have all the right attributes, attitude and can think out of the box, then we can bring you up to speed.

What you’ll bring to the role

• Electrical or Refrigeration trade qualification is desirable


• Previous Industrial Hire experience will be highly regarded


• Ability to work independently, and effectively manage projects and priorities


• Ability to travel as required to suit the requirements of projects around Victoria, South Australia, and Tasmania
