Job Description

CNC Machinist (Lathe Experience) l  Full Time  l  $50 - $55

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with strong manual lathe capabilities
• Minimum 3–4 years CNC machining experience
• Minimum 3–4 years manual lathe experience
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications with high attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and committed to quality workmanship
• Team player with the ability to work independently when required
• Trade qualification in machining preferred

About the Role:

• Operate and program CNC machines to achieve required accuracy
• Read and interpret technical drawings, working to specified tolerances
• Complete work orders and accurately log time against tasks
• Monitor machine productivity and ensure minimal downtime
• Liaise with team leaders to order and manage tooling requirements
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work area
• Work in compliance with ISO standards and company quality requirements
• Continuously develop skills to maximise machine functionality and performance

🎓 Experience:

• Minimum 3–4 years CNC machining experience
• Minimum 3–4 years manual lathe experience
• White Card
• Pre Employment Medical

💰 Benefits: Full Time $50 - $55 per hour

🕘 38 hours/week Monday to Friday
