Civil Landscaping Crew Members

Keep one of Sydney’s most critical motorways and tunnel networks safe, moving and operational 24/7. We are seeking Civil Landscaping Crew Members to join our Civil team and support operations across the Northern Assets network including North Connex & Lane Cove Tunnel and the M2 network.

This role involves road corridor and tunnel maintenance activities, including but not limited to vegetation management, sign replacement, road furniture inspections, pothole repairs, truck driving, and graffiti removal. This position is essential for maintaining the safety of the Northern Assets network and minimising disruptions for motorists. This role is primarily day shift, with some night shifts required.

What you’ll bring

• Minimum MR licence and current NSW Implement Traffic Control Plans (ITCP) accreditation, or ability to obtain
• General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
• Ideally you will have exposure across roadside maintenance, civil works or landscaping
• Commitment to safe work practices and procedures
• Strong safety focus - actively participate in and support Downer Zero Harm initiatives and strategies
• A can-do attitude and strong team player with the proven ability to work efficiently with a team
