We're looking for either a trade-qualified Carpenter or a skilled Trades Assistant with proven formwork experience to join our team in Biloela, delivering maintenance work at a local site.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As part of the AESTEC team, you'll be involved in a variety of construction, maintenance and formwork activities at a local site in Biloela.

This role offers:

• $53.19/hr – Qualified Carpenter
• $47.82/hr – Skilled TA
• 44-hour week (Monday to Thursday)
• Permanent full-time employment
• Local work – be home every night
• Accommodation provided for employees who reside outside of Biloela
• Three-day weekends every week
• Supportive team environment with ongoing work and career stability

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

For Carpenters:
✔ Certificate III in Carpentry

For Skilled Trades Assistants:
✔ Demonstrated experience in formwork and civil construction

For All Applicants:

✔ Current Australian Driver's Licence
✔ Experience with formwork construction in an industrial or civil environment
✔ Must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the Biloela region or reside in Gladstone with accommodation provided

Required (or ability to obtain):

✔ Standard 11 Induction
✔ Coal Board Medical
✔ Construction White Card
