We’re currently seeking a hands-on and reliable Carpenter/Formworker to join our client’s busy concrete precast yard.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to secure ongoing work with the potential for a permanent position for the right worker.
About the Role
You’ll be assisting trades and production teams in the daily operations of a precast concrete yard. Duties include:
- Assisting with concrete pours, formwork, and general yard duties
- Supporting trades with steel fixing, formwork, and concreting tasks
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced, team-based environment
What We’re Looking For -
Previous experience in a precast, concreting, or construction environment (highly regarded)
- Background in concreting, steel fixing, or trade assistant work is an advantage

Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour tasks

Own reliable transport – site not accessible by public transport

Commitment to safety and ability to follow instructions and procedures
- Must have full, unrestricted working rights in Australia (no visa restrictions)
- Available to work Monday to Friday, starting at 6am
