Advanced Scaffolder – APLNG Projects Team

UGL are seeking an Advanced Scaffolder to join the APLNG Projects Team, undertaking advanced scaffolding activities for the client. This role will involve erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures in accordance with project requirements and safety standards. You will work closely with supervisors and other trades to ensure safe and efficient access solutions for all work fronts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Erecting advanced scaffolding systems to provide safe access for contractors
  • Adhering to weekly schedules 
  • Experience in scaffolding material management and scaffolding inspection and controlled records
  • Conducting daily pre-starts checks and inspections to ensure the integrity and safe operability of rigging and scaffolding
    equipment prior to use, and reporting any faults or required services
  • Strict compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) processes, including Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), Pre-Start, Hand Over/Hand Back, and other required safety processes.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Advanced Scaffolding ticket
  • Work Safely at Heights certification (RIIWHS204D).
  • White Card or general construction induction training card
  • Confined space ticket
  • EWP Ticket
  • MSIC Card
