Are you an experienced Electrician with a passion for packaging systems and a knack for developing solutions? Join us as our Brewing Technician in Yatala, where you’ll be an essential resource in enhancing the reliability and performance of our high-speed packaging lines.

Please note: This is a Fixed Term Contract until the end of December 2025. You will need to be available to work Day Shifts with the flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern when required. 

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical expert for all electrical and instrumentation systems within our packaging department.
• Drive initiatives to increase equipment availability and reliability across all packaging lines.
• Create and improve training programs for technicians and operators, with a focus on coaching and mentoring for long-term skills development.
• Design and refine maintenance plans, including SOPs and Work Instructions, to ensure efficiency and compliance. 

About You

You are a motivated and driven individual with a strong willingness to learn and excel in a dynamic environment. You also bring:

• Trade qualifications in Electrical Maintenance.
• Proven experience with high-speed packaging lines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in CMMS software with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to document training materials and effectively coach others.
• Understanding of manufacturing strategies, safety protocols, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills with a positive, proactive attitude.
