Boilermaker – Tropicana Project | FIFO | Short-Term Opportunity
2 Positions Available | Tropicana | FIFO | Approx. 2-Week Project | Start: 31 October 2026

We are currently seeking 2 experienced Boilermakers to support an upcoming project at Tropicana.
This is a great opportunity for experienced tradespeople looking for a short-term FIFO project, with work expected to commence 31 October 2026 and run for approximately 2 weeks, subject to project requirements.
The Role
As a Boilermaker, you will work as part of a professional site team, supporting the successful delivery of the project. You will be responsible for completing fabrication, repairs and maintenance work safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
About You
We are ideally seeking candidates who have:

• 5+ years' Boilermaker trade experience
• Previous experience working on mine sites or similar heavy industrial projects
• Strong fabrication, welding and mechanical repair skills
• A strong commitment to safety and quality
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Relevant Australian trade qualifications and site experience

Operating Experience
Candidates who hold valid operating tickets and have 3+ years' experience operating the following machinery will be highly regarded:

• Bobcat
• Tipper
• Telehandler
• Excavator
• Loader

Required Qualifications & Tickets
Candidates will ideally hold the following current qualifications and tickets:

• Working at Heights – within the last 2 years
• Confined Spaces – within the last 2 years
• EWP
• White Card
• Boilermaker Trade Certificate
• Poly Welding Certificate – within the last 2 years, if applicable
• High Risk Licence, if applicable

Required Documentation
Candidates must be able to provide current site compliance documentation, including:

• National Police Clearance – within the last 6 months
• Drug & Alcohol Screening – within the last 30 days
• Medical – within the last 6 months
