Job description:

 

Barminco has a great opportunity for a painter/sandblaster to work in an experienced team within the workshop at Hazelmere. The 5/2 roster will work across varied heavy equipment within the mining sector.

 

Key Requirements

 

• Experience in all aspects of automotive, sandblast and industrial painting on heavy-duty machinery including earthmoving, Agricultural Equipment and Heavy Road Transport.


• Prepare surfaces for paint application.


• Mix and match paints for the required job.


• Maintaining tools, equipment and work areas always.


• Order and pickup materials.


• Other duties to assist the workshop when required.


• Adhere to procedures and checklists.


• Relevant trade qualifications, certificates, and licences.


• A valid manual Australian driver licence.


• Ability to obtain National Police Clearance.
