We’re on the hunt for a skilled Fitter to join our team at Carma! In this role, you’ll handle everything from prepping and reassembling vehicles to ensuring every car meets our high standards. If you’re detail-focused, thrive in a fast paced workshop, and enjoy seeing a job done right, we want you!

What you'll be doing?


  • Prepping vehicles for repairs by removing and disassembling panels and parts.
  • Reassembling and refitting vehicles post-repair, ensuring they’re road-ready and Carma-approved.
  • Keeping our internal system up to date with work orders and job details—accuracy is key!
  • Checking vehicle functionality and quality standards post-repair.
  • Collaborating with the team, especially painters, to ensure smooth workflows and accurate timelines.
  • Solving problems on the go and suggesting ways to improve our processes.


Okay, let’s talk about you:


  • At least 1 year of experience in automotive fitting or panel beating.
  • Able to handle a busy, dynamic workshop with changing priorities.
  • Detail-oriented and proud of the quality of your work.
  • Skilled at meeting deadlines.
  • Tech-savvy - experience with Apple products or DMS systems is a bonus.
  • Clean NSW driver’s license and a can-do attitude!
In this role you’ll be based in our St Peters, Sydney site, with room for parking and train/ bus stops nearby.
