The business works directly with homeowners and does not service builders, property managers, facility managers, or strata organisations. This means apprentices gain valuable hands-on experience solving genuine plumbing issues while learning how to build trust and rapport with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist qualified plumbers with residential maintenance plumbing work
• Learn and follow the company's proven service and call process
• Support the delivery of exceptional customer service on every job
• Communicate professionally with customers throughout the job process
• Arrive on time, well-presented, and ready to learn
• Assist with diagnosing plumbing issues and understanding their causes
• Learn how to educate homeowners about plumbing solutions and available options
• Complete work safely and in accordance with Australian Standards
• Maintain a clean worksite, vehicle, tools, and equipment
• Uphold company policies, values, and professional standards
