Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist qualified painters with interior and exterior painting projects
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling, and priming
  • Learn safe and effective use of painting tools, materials, and equipment
  • Apply paints, coatings, and finishes under supervision
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment
  • Follow all workplace health and safety requirements
  • Support the team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
