Finsbury Green is looking for two motivated individuals to join our Melbourne production team as Printing and Bindery Apprentices. Earn while you learn, gain hands-on experience and develop valuable trade skills alongside experienced industry professionals.

Whether you are finishing school, entering the workforce or ready for a career change, we value a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn. No previous printing experience is required.

About the Roles

• Assist with printing and bindery production operations.
• Learn machine setup, operation and maintenance.
• Develop skills in offset printing, folding, stitching and finishing.
• Understand print quality, job specifications and production requirements.
• Learn troubleshooting and basic machine maintenance.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and quality standards.
• Work as part of a team to meet production schedules.

Apprenticeship – Onsite Training & Schooling

• Practical onsite training with experienced tradespeople.
• Scheduled trade schooling through a registered training organisation (RTO).
• Ongoing mentoring, support and progress reviews.
• Opportunity to gain a nationally recognised trade qualification.
