Apprentice Mechanical Fitter - TI

We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team in either Pinkenba or Brisbane Airport as an Apprentice Heavy Vehicle Mechanic. This is your chance to earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience while completing a nationally recognised Heavy Vehicle Apprenticeship.

What the job looks like

• Work alongside experienced tradespeople to learn the ins and outs of repairing and maintaining heavy road transport vehicles and industry plant and equipment.
• Assist with general labour duties and actively participate in safety initiatives like toolbox talks and safety days.
• Get to know your way around heavy vehicles and mobile equipment while working in our fully equipped workshop designed to support hands-on learning and technical development.

What you'll bring

• A current Driver’s Licence.

• A strong willingness to learn and a proactive, can-do attitude.

• Team spirit and the ability to collaborate effectively.

• A commitment to safety and our Zero Harm culture.

• Ideally you have successfully completed year 12 at school

• We will also consider adult applicants
