We are seeking 2 Landscaping Apprentices for our Townsville based host business that have been in business for close to 40 years. This apprenticeship will offer plenty of variety as their services include commercial landscaping, revegetation, maintenance and retail with a local nursery. The commercial landscaping includes projects connected with hospitals, aged care facilities, sport & recreation facilities, schools, builders and civil and mining contractors.
This 3 year certificate III in Landscaping will see that you are supervised and trained by qualified & experienced tradesmen in the industry. This supportive team will guide and coach you alongside your Community Solutions Field Officer as you work towards completing your trade. The successful candidate must have a genuine interest in garden and yard work and have some experience using hand tools and enjoy working outdoors.
