We are offering a 4-year structured program where we pride ourselves on producing some of the best tradespersons in the resources industry.

  • A nationally recognised trade qualification - AUR31220 / AUR30316 / MEM30305

We are offering apprenticeships across our WA and QLD workshops however; this is an indication only and are subject to change.

QLD Locations:

  • Mackay Component Rebuild Workshop
  • Mackay Heavy Rebuilds Workshop

WA Locations:

  • Perth Guildford Workshop
  • Forrestfield Component Workshop
  • Forrestfield Fabrication Workshop
  • Port Hedland Workshop
  • Kalgoorlie Workshop

Essential Requirements

  • Practical and manual skills
  • Ability to read, write and participate in risk assessments
  • Ability to participate in studies and on the job training to successfully complete apprenticeship
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills and able to follow instructions clearly
  • Willingness and desire to learn 
  • Have completed a minimum of year 11 with good results in English and Mathematics
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliability and Punctuality
  • Good mathematical skills
  • Good safety awareness
  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

Desirable Qualifications

  • Year 12 completed as of 1st January 2025 (with a minimum of a pass in English and Mathematics)
  • Driver’s licence (a provisional licence is accepted)
  • A completed Pre Apprenticeship certificate II in either Automotive or Fabrication
  • A genuine interest and passion for a career in heavy vehicle repair and maintenance
