Our Glazing Division is seeking a motivated Adult Apprentice who wants a strong leadership support, hands-on experience, and structured training to become skilled professionals in Home and Business Glazing.

You’ll be supported by an experienced team and a dedicated Manager, receiving ongoing coaching as you progress through the final years of your apprenticeship.

About the Role

In this apprenticeship you will:

• Our Branch is located in Darra QLD and you will support the team in surrounding areas installing and replacing glass for customers.

• Work both independently and as part of a supportive team replacing and installing building glass for homes and businesses

• Deliver high-quality, professional customer service

• Attend TAFE on a regular basis to complete related studies

• Access overtime, penalty rates and occasional after-hours work opportunities

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is proactive and enjoys working as part of a team

• Has a genuine interest in working with glass across residential and commercial environments

• Holds a current driver’s licence

• Is reliable, customer‑focused and a good communicator

• Has strong attention to detail and can follow instructions

• (Desirable) Has previous experience in construction, trades, or similar hands‑on roles
