In this role you will be working towards Trade Qualifications to contribute to the maximization of the Divisions profitability by applying technical knowledge and practical skills to undertake the installation or replacement of glazing or associated products, in commercial and domestic premises. This service is to be delivered in a professional, timely and safe manner, observing the principles of customer focus and operational excellence in all tasks undertaken. Key performance targets include: Customer satisfaction (specifically NPS Quality component), Completion rate, first and final rate, accuracy, rectification rate and availability. Working Relationships Internal relationships – Glaziers, Drivers, Planners, Administration Team, Safety Team, Glazing Team Managers, Front Line Leadership Team, Senior Leadership Team Key working relationships: Planners, Branch Managers, Technical Sales, Project managers, Glazing supervisor, Central Operations, Glazing Team Manager Qualifications Working towards relevant trade certificate course Basic knowledge of Australian Standards AS1288 and local regulations covering the Glazing and Construction Industries. Experience & Attributes Essential Current Drivers License appropriate to assigned vehicle Ability to read, write, comprehend and speak English clearly and concisely.--
