At Vinarchy’s Berri Estates, you’ll step into an apprenticeship that blends real‑world learning with formal training , all while supporting the safe, reliable and efficient operation of a site that produces wine enjoyed across the globe.
As an Electrical Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced tradespeople, learning how to diagnose faults, maintain equipment and keep critical systems running. Every day brings new challenges, new skills and the chance to contribute to a culture built on safety, teamwork and continuous improvement.
You’ll grow your capability through structured learning and practical experience, gradually taking on more responsibility as your skills develop.

Exposure to industrial equipment, basic fault‑finding, experience in maintenance/manufacturing, or a confined‑space certificate will be highly regarded.
