Joining our team as an Apprentice Chef in the Star Culinary Institute (SCI) program is the perfect place to complete your apprenticeship, recognised industry wide due to the variety of cooking and service styles you are exposed to over the 3 year program . We aim to provide you with the ingredients for success. When you bring professionalism, passion and a positive attitude, you'll enjoy learning the first-rate skills you need to be equipped with for a career in Culinary.

• Follow the directions of the team supporting you


• Ensure high levels of hygiene at all times


• An eagerness for continuous learning and personal development
