JOB SCOPE                                                                                                                           

  • Assist in daily operations and kitchen production 
  • To Lean and develop culinary & managerial skills
  • To help and guide lower level apprentice chefs

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES                                                                                                           

  • Maintain high food standards
  • Follow set recipe cards
  • Keep kitchen cleanliness to the highest standards
  • Set high personal grooming standards
  • Ensure all HACCP documents are filled out in a timely & accurate manner
