Ready to get hands-on and build a career in cutting-edge technology? We’re looking for motivated, driven individuals to join us as a 1st Year Apprentice Audio Visual Technician in the commercial Audio Visual industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our team, you’ll:

• Gain a nationally recognised qualification
  Complete your Certificate III in Data and Voice Communications (UEE30425) through formal TAFE training.
• Learn from industry experts
  Get hands-on experience with vendor, in-house, and industry training on the latest AV technologies.
• Work on exciting commercial projects
  Join small to medium teams delivering projects across construction and commercial environments.
• Build real technical skills, including:

• Pre-cabling and cable termination
• Installing video conferencing, audio, control, and display systems
• Testing, commissioning, and system setup
• Supporting project documentation and admin

• Expand your experience across the business
  Through secondments, you’ll gain exposure to:
  • Rack builds and product staging
  • Network configuration and system integration
  • Engineering design and technical drawing

By the end of your apprenticeship, you’ll be equipped to step into a Senior Technician or entry-level Team Leader role.

About You

You might be a great fit if you:

• Have an interest in AV, music production, events, or technical design
• Enjoy hands-on work and problem-solving
• Like working in a team environment and getting out on-site

Requirements

• Completed Year 10 (minimum) with solid Maths and English skills
• Basic computer skills
• (Bonus) Experience with:
  • Power tools or manual tasks
  • Working with ladders
  • Electronics or audio fundamentals
