Northrop Grumman Australia provides the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) with through-life support for its fleet of KC30-A Multi-role Tanker Transport (MRTT) aircraft—a derivative of the Airbus A330-200. The platform is a trusted and proven asset and the program is continually growing in capability and expertise.
Your Role
As an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer – Mechanical, you will perform maintenance tasks on the fleet KC-30A aircraft. You will work under the DASR 145 Maintenance regulations and assist the crew team leader in ensuring all tasks and responsibilities comply. Participating in small working groups you will aid development of future base maintenance state and capability.
About You
To be successful in this role you will possess a certificate IV in Aero skills (Mechanical) and be able to obtain a Baseline Security Clearence. You will have thorough knowledge of the structure and use of interactive technical publications. You will have be passionate about the aviation industry and have a willingness to learn. We are passionate about growing our own, if you wish to progress and move into a leadership position, we would encourage and support you in this.
If you do not already hold KC-30A type course, we would look at putting you through one as soon as possible.
