Overview of the Role

We are seeking motivated Scaffolders at various levels - Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced - to join our client’s team. Whether you have recently started your scaffolding career or bring several years of experience, there is an opportunity for progression and growth. This is a hands-on, safety-focused role with exposure to large-scale commercial, civil, and industrial projects across Brisbane and surrounding areas.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Assist with the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding systems in accordance with safety standards and project requirements
• Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications relevant to scaffolding tasks
• Operate and handle scaffolding components, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure all work complies with WHS legislation, site procedures, and industry best practices
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, site teams, and other trades to deliver projects on time
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
• Represent the company professionally on site, always demonstrating reliability and strong work ethic

Overview of the Ideal Candidate

Requirements

• Hold a current Scaffolding ticket (Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced)
• Proven relevant scaffolding experience
• White Card
• Driver’s licence and own reliable transport
• Demonstrate strong safety awareness and the ability to follow instructions clearly
• Be physically fit, reliable, and comfortable working in outdoor site environments
• Have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to quality workmanship
• Previous experience working on construction or industrial sites (preferred)
