Position: Sales Representative
Location: Balcatta WA
Hours: Full Time (8am-4pm)

The Offer:
- $70,000 to $90,000 base salary (range is directly linked to residential air conditioning experience)

Generous uncapped commission structure (paid monthly)

About Us: Crispair is a long-time provider of high-quality air conditioning solutions, serving the mid to upper end of the residential market. With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team to include a dedicated Sales Representative to drive growth in the existing home residential market.
Role Overview: As a Sales Representative at Crispair, you will be responsible for pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction through the entire sales process. You will possess technical aptitude to provide our Operations team with jobs that have been scoped thoughtfully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to work in a team and contribute to the company’s long-term vision
- Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and deliver quotes to prospective clients both digitally and in person.
- Self-manage your schedule and workload.
- Work through customer inquiries efficiently, determining our customer’s requirements, needs and wants then offering tailored air conditioning solutions for them.
- Be a positive addition to the culture we are building.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Proven experience in sales (preferably in the air conditioning or HVAC industry)
- Plandroid experience (required)
- simPRO experience (nice to have but not required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Possess organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ambitious and dedicated.
