What you’ll be doing:
- Provide technical support for hot water and HVAC products across our network
- Assist Customer Care with escalated technical cases
- Work hands‑on in our test lab to assess product failures and identify root causes
- Support product testing, troubleshooting documentation, and training materials
- Engage with suppliers to resolve product quality issues
- Help ensure our product ranges remain best‑in‑class through insights and continuous improvement
What you’ll require:
- Plumbing licence with Gas fitting license – Required
- ARC RHL – Restricted Split System Installation & Decommissioning – Required
- Type A Gas Appliance Servicing Licence - Preferred
- Disconnect/Reconnect Electrical Licence (D/R) - Preferred
