Adult Apprentice Machinist

We want you:

FMS Group are currently seeking an Adult Apprentice to learn lineboring and onsite machining. If you are a trade qualified Boilermaker or Fitter we want you! This is a great opportunity to become a dual trade with Lineboring and Machining.

No day is the same. You will be working in town, on site and across multiple locations in Australia. This is a great opportunity to learn new skills and work with a company that values their people.

The successful applicant, will have:

• Relevant Trade Qualification
• Coal Board Medical (Desirable)
• Standard 11 Statement of Attainment (Desirable)
• Interpret Drawings
• Problem solving and decision-making skills
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Have the proven ability to liaise with both management and clients
• Uncompromising attitude to safety
• Ability to meet site requirements
