2025 Fitter and Boilermaker Apprenticeships

Motion is an Australian based engineering solutions provider that focuses on products and services for the mining, manufacturing and construction industry. The group consists of highly specialized business units in the fields of fluid power, electro-hydraulic engineering and design, undercarriages and specialized maintenance and project services. CRAM also acts as a full-service provider to facilitate maintenance, refurbishment, repairs and overhauls throughout the entire life cycle of industry equipment and machinery.

The Role:

Motion is seeking applications for our 2025 apprenticeship placements with two (2) fitter and two (2) boilermaker apprenticeships on offer.

• Full time permanent opportunity – January 2025 start
• Four (4) year apprenticeship placement with exposure to heavy industry
• Supporting major local industry
• Working with a diversified group of tradespeople, engineers, and salespeople
• Diversified business with career growth opportunities
• Learn from experienced professionals
• 40-hour week – 7am to 3:30pm each day
• OT hours available as per business requirements
• On the job training provided for repair and testing equipment

To be successful in this role you need:

• Desire to learn and understand mechanical systems
• Enthusiastic attitude
• White card
• Valid driver’s license desirable
• Understanding the importance of accuracy and quality
• Clear communication skills
