Monday to Friday, typically 7:00am - 5:00pm
Commencing as of 16/09/2026
Pearl Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Labourer for an upcoming 6-7 week installation project in Casuarina with our client who are a global manufacturer and installer of insulated panels and doors.
Please note, works will be undertaken within a high-security correctional facility. Successful candidates will be required to comply with all site security, access and safety requirements.
The role: Reporting to the Leading Hand and working alongside the experienced site team, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with the construction and installation of cold room / freezer room insulated panels and associated components
- General carpentry and construction duties
- Moving and organising materials as required
- Following all correctional site and safety procedures
To be successful for this position:
- Previous experience as a construction labourer
- Construction White Card
- Current WA Driver's Licence and reliable transport
- Ability to complete a Department of Justice clearance
- Availability for the full project duration
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol assessment
